Boutique (30 m²)

The venue space is a 30m² boutique room with a storefront directly on the Canal Saint-Martin, serving as the entrance to the larger 200m² Residence concept store and the expansive Le Comptoir Général ecosystem.

The architecture is inspired by the visionary Casa Orgánica of Javier Senosiain (1985), making it a unique feature on the canal. This versatile, day-to-evening space is flooded with natural light from three large windows, with ambient lighting creating a warm atmosphere in the evening.

It is ideal for events ranging from intimate cocktails to dynamic pop-ups, comfortably handling a flow of 20 to 100 people. The interior is equipped with multiple shelves, hangers, tables, and display fixtures, and can be easily adjusted for checkout areas, booths, or custom installations.
