Refund policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all original packaging, tags and accessories.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and intimate garments

Beauty, skincare or home products that have been opened or used

Items marked as final sale

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
